Flavor Profile Abundant juice and sweet flavor when ripe. Anjou pears do not change color as they ripen.

Anjou pears, also known as the Green Anjou or D ‘Anjou, are one of the most common and recognizable pear. They are excellent eaten fresh, but are also versatile in baking, roasting, and sliced fresh into salads.
