Valentine's Day Pink Smoothie

Let’s get into the Valentine’s Day spirit with this nutritious Pink Smoothie. Loaded with fruits and veggies, this smoothie is a great way to start your morning. Zings of pineapple and lemon accent the sweet-tartness of the Cripps Pink apples, which are the star of this smoothie. 

Note: Cripps Pink apples are also known as Pink Lady® apples

Yields: about 32 ounces

2 medium Cripps Pink apples
2 medium bananas
¼ of a small pineapple
2 cups frozen raspberries
¼ of a medium lemon
½ cup spinach (optional)
1/2 -1 cup almond milk
½ cup ice

Cut the Cripps Pink apples, bananas, and pineapple into large pieces. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a blender. Add in pieces of fruit, raspberries, spinach, almond milk and ice. Pulse in blender until desired thickness. Add more almond milk if needed. Enjoy!
